Nimbus Labs is looking for an experienced BD Associate to help scale our Business Development function as the company grows.

This role has plenty of room to grow as the company scales — we promote from within whenever we can.

You'll have a seat at the table early — your input will shape how this function operates as we grow.

About the team

We believe in shipping iteratively, learning from real feedback, and cutting anything that doesn't serve the goal.

Candidate Responsibilities

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
Represent the company at industry events
Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements
Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities
Track partnership performance against targets
Collaborate with product on joint go-to-market plans

Candidate Profile

Comfort working with ambiguity and competing priorities
3+ years in business development or partnerships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

Experience structuring revenue-share agreements
Existing network within the target industry
Track record of sourcing and closing strategic deals
