Product Manager (Product)

Intro

As a Product Manager at Nimbus Labs, you'll join a Product team that cares about doing the work well, not just doing it fast.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

You'll have a seat at the table early — your input will shape how this function operates as we grow.

About the team

The team is a mix of senior and mid-level practitioners who collaborate daily and review each other's work closely.

Everyone on the Product team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Communicate product strategy to stakeholders
• Prioritize the backlog in partnership with engineering and design
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience writing clear specs and user stories

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL for self-serve data analysis
• Background in software engineering or design
• Experience running A/B tests
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
