Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resources)

Intro

We're expanding our Human Resources team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants real ownership over their work.

This role has plenty of room to grow as the company scales — we promote from within whenever we can.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

About the team

The team is a mix of senior and mid-level practitioners who collaborate daily and review each other's work closely.

Everyone on the Human Resources team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance
• Partner with managers on performance and development plans
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles
• Run employee engagement initiatives
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support compensation and benefits administration

Candidate Profile

• Experience using an ATS or HRIS platform
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Solid understanding of employment law fundamentals
• 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a team through rapid growth
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
• Experience building HR processes from scratch
