Data Analyst (Data & Analytics)

Intro

We're expanding our Data & Analytics team and looking for a Data Analyst who wants real ownership over their work.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

About the team

Everyone on the Data & Analytics team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

The team is a mix of senior and mid-level practitioners who collaborate daily and review each other's work closely.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to inform product decisions
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
• Build and maintain dashboards for key business metrics
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries

Candidate Profile

• Strong SQL skills
• Comfort working with large, messy datasets
• Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for analysis
• Familiarity with data warehouse tools (BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Experience with experimentation/A-B testing frameworks
