Intro

We're expanding our Design team and looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants real ownership over their work.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

About the team

The team is a mix of senior and mid-level practitioners who collaborate daily and review each other's work closely.

We believe in shipping iteratively, learning from real feedback, and cutting anything that doesn't serve the goal.

Candidate Responsibilities

Partner with engineering on implementation feasibility
Conduct and synthesize user research
Design end-to-end product flows from concept to high-fidelity
Present design rationale to stakeholders

Candidate Profile

Proficiency with modern design tooling (Figma or equivalent)
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process
3+ years of product design experience
Solid grasp of interaction and visual design principles
Experience collaborating directly with engineers

Nice to have

Experience with motion/prototyping tools
Front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS)
Background in accessibility-focused design
