Riverbend Labs is hiring a Operations Manager to join our Operations team. This is a chance to make a direct, visible impact on how we build and support our product.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

About the team

Everyone on the Operations team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

We believe in shipping iteratively, learning from real feedback, and cutting anything that doesn't serve the goal.

Candidate Responsibilities

Build dashboards to track operational KPIs
Own and improve internal process documentation
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
Coordinate cross-team projects to keep them on schedule
Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Candidate Profile

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and lightweight data analysis
3+ years in an operations or business analyst role
Strong project management skills
A bias toward simplifying complex processes

Nice to have

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience with project management tooling (Asana, Jira, or similar)
Basic SQL skills
