As a Compliance Officer at Westfield Labs, you'll join a Legal team that cares about doing the work well, not just doing it fast.

You'll have a seat at the table early — your input will shape how this function operates as we grow.

About the team

The team is a mix of senior and mid-level practitioners who collaborate daily and review each other's work closely.

Everyone on the Legal team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

Candidate Responsibilities

Manage outside counsel on specialist matters
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
Track and respond to regulatory changes affecting the business
Maintain the company's compliance program
Support data protection and privacy compliance

Candidate Profile

Strong commercial contract drafting experience
Excellent attention to detail
Qualified lawyer or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in-house or at a law firm

Nice to have

Data privacy certification (e.g. CIPP)
Experience in a regulated industry
Experience supporting fundraising or M&A
