As a Senior Product Designer at Westfield Labs, you'll join a Design team that cares about doing the work well, not just doing it fast.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

Candidate Responsibilities

Maintain and extend the design system
Conduct and synthesize user research
Design end-to-end product flows from concept to high-fidelity
Run usability tests and iterate on findings

Candidate Profile

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process
Solid grasp of interaction and visual design principles
Proficiency with modern design tooling (Figma or equivalent)
3+ years of product design experience
Experience collaborating directly with engineers

Nice to have

Background in accessibility-focused design
Experience with motion/prototyping tools
Front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS)
