Intro

Westfield Labs is hiring a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This is a chance to make a direct, visible impact on how we build and support our product.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

Candidate Responsibilities

Run employee engagement initiatives
Support compensation and benefits administration
Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles
Partner with managers on performance and development plans
Own onboarding and offboarding processes

Candidate Profile

Solid understanding of employment law fundamentals
3+ years of HR or recruiting experience
Experience using an ATS or HRIS platform
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

Nice to have

HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
Experience scaling a team through rapid growth
Experience building HR processes from scratch

Recruiting Process
