Candidate Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
Present financial insights to leadership
Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
Reconcile accounts and manage month-end close
Support budgeting and planning cycles across departments

Candidate Profile

Understanding of core accounting principles
Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
3+ years of finance or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have

Professional accounting qualification in progress or complete
Exposure to financial modelling for fundraising
Experience with ERP systems
