Brookside Labs is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. This is a chance to make a direct, visible impact on how we build and support our product.

You'll work closely with partners across the company, contributing to decisions that shape both the team and the product.

We move quickly, communicate directly, and give people the autonomy to do their best work without unnecessary process.

Candidate Responsibilities

Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
Build dashboards to track operational KPIs
Support leadership with ad-hoc operational analysis
Own and improve internal process documentation

Candidate Profile

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and lightweight data analysis
A bias toward simplifying complex processes
3+ years in an operations or business analyst role
Strong project management skills

Nice to have

Basic SQL skills
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience with project management tooling (Asana, Jira, or similar)
