Brookside Labs is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to help scale our Data & Analytics function as the company grows.

You'll have a seat at the table early — your input will shape how this function operates as we grow.

We move quickly, communicate directly, and give people the autonomy to do their best work without unnecessary process.

About the team

Everyone on the Data & Analytics team has a direct line to leadership — decisions get made quickly, without layers of approval.

We believe in shipping iteratively, learning from real feedback, and cutting anything that doesn't serve the goal.

Candidate Responsibilities

Write and optimize complex SQL queries
Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs
Communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Build and maintain dashboards for key business metrics
Build and maintain data pipelines
Design and run experiments to inform product decisions

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in a data-focused role
Comfort working with large, messy datasets
Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Strong SQL skills

Nice to have

Familiarity with data warehouse tools (BigQuery, Snowflake)
Experience with Python or R for analysis
Experience with experimentation/A-B testing frameworks
